Building trust for human flourishing.

Perpetually building
the sovereign infrastructure
for the world’s visionaries.

A proposed independent foundation envisioning globally distributed sovereign infrastructure for a multipolar world as AI advances toward superintelligence. Building trust, human agency and continuity across generations.

Our approach

01 / Our Purpose

A world of
many powers.

Sovereign infrastructure, globally distributed. Human agency, carried forward.

As the world becomes increasingly multipolar and AI advances toward superintelligence, we envision trusted infrastructure connecting people, families and institutions across jurisdictions—with meaningful choice, accountability and continuity.

02 / Stewardship mandate

A lasting purpose.
Clear responsibilities.

A proposed independent foundation. Legal and governance arrangements remain in development.

Proposed mandate & governance
Our mandate

Visionaire Global Foundation is proposed as an independent public-interest foundation.

Our ambition is to perpetually build and steward globally distributed sovereign infrastructure for the world’s visionaries, in service of human flourishing.

This means stewarding public-purpose commitments, entrusted resources and continuity across generations. The Foundation would steward long-term purpose, governance and safeguards; operating entities would build and operate defined services under appropriate agreements.

A globally distributed vision

We envision sovereign infrastructure distributed across regions and jurisdictions, connecting local institutions, sovereign compute, trusted coordination and places where people come together.

As AI advances toward superintelligence, technology companies may command resources and influence comparable to nations. Our ambition is to preserve meaningful choice, human accountability and the ability to cooperate across these centres of power.

Global distribution means developing stewardship, capability and relationships with local partners, with clear responsibilities for information, permissions and continuity across jurisdictions.

Governance in development

Legal structure, governing bodies and policies remain in development. This prototype does not establish incorporated or registered charitable status.

Any future activity requires the appropriate mandate, authority and review.

Our place within Visionaire

Visionaire Global: institutional purpose, participation and common standards.

Visionaire Global Foundation: proposed stewardship of long-duration commitments, entrusted resources and public purpose.

Visionaire Global Group: commercial delivery through businesses, products and services.

Legal relationships and enforceable responsibilities will be defined through governing documents and agreements.

03 / Proposed founding programmes

What we are
building first.

Three proposed programmes translate a lasting purpose into work that can be scoped, supported and reviewed.

01 / Human capability & access

Room to
become.

Help emerging visionaries and communities develop the understanding, tools and relationships to undertake meaningful work.

Proposed first commitments +

Who benefits: emerging contributors and people whose access to useful intelligence and learning is limited.

First deliverable: a scoped access and learning pilot, with eligibility, partner responsibilities and participant support defined before launch.

Proposed accountability: a Foundation programme steward working with relevant learning and technology providers; appointments remain to be made.

Support needed: programme design, learning partners, participant support and appropriately scoped funding.

Progress to report: people supported, completed work, participant feedback and the continuity of access.

02 / Cultural memory & continuity

Knowledge
that endures.

Help people and institutions preserve contributions, cultural knowledge and context so future generations can understand and use what is carried forward.

Proposed first commitments +

Who benefits: knowledge holders, families, cultural institutions, researchers and future generations.

First deliverable: a small, permissioned cultural-memory pilot with provenance, rights, access and correction procedures.

Proposed accountability: a Foundation programme steward and participating knowledge holders, with VHI’s operating role agreed separately.

Support needed: archival expertise, community-led participation, research and preservation resources.

Progress to report: material preserved with permission, source quality, useful access and participant review.

Explore memory in context ↗
03 / Trusted infrastructure

Capability
with agency.

Explore globally distributed sovereign compute and access arrangements that strengthen human agency, meaningful control over knowledge and permissions, and continuity across jurisdictions.

Proposed first commitments +

Who benefits: people, communities and institutions with defined public-purpose intelligence needs.

First deliverable: a feasibility brief for a defined workload, covering potential locations and jurisdictions, local partners, operator responsibilities, information governance, access, service continuity and resource requirements.

Proposed accountability: a Foundation steward working with qualified technical operators and relevant communities under agreed mandates.

Support needed: technical and community expertise, potential infrastructure partners and feasibility resources.

Progress to report: verified feasibility, agreed responsibilities, access commitments and delivery against the approved scope.

05 / Principles & accountability

Trust begins
with how we act.

Consent, clear responsibilities and care for context should shape every commitment. Before a programme begins, its mandate, responsible steward, permissions and measures of progress would be defined.

06 / Cultural memory & continuity
